Don’t mention it

Let’s not talk about Sunday, other than the fact the stone man actually showed some emotion

…so, as depressing as it is its 0/2 in the big sporting competitions so far this summer. On the bright side it’s looking good for Bradley in France and with the British Olympic team set we are starting to see where our medal hopes lie. Here’s one for you, guess who the most successful country is at the Olympics…..You got it (or maybe you didn’t) its Finland.

Enjoy.

And so it continues…

And so it continues…Britain’s summer of sport is well and truly underway with BBC giving us the first glimpse of the Olympic opening titles last night, excited yet?

Fernando Torres can laugh in the face of all his critics, I wouldn’t mind a ‘bad season’ like his. Ended up winning the Champions League, FA Cup, Euro 2012 and the golden boot. With the tournament coming to a record breaking end yesterday all eyes turn to Wimbledon and Andy Murrays hope of a win just south of home turf.

Summer of Sport

The summer of sport is in full flow…but were not quite hitting all the right notes just yet. So it started with disappointment in South Africa, made slightly more palatable by the thrashing the Irish received to NZ. Followed closely by the ‘Bottle Job Boys’ crashing out on penalties yesterday after Andrea ‘The Puppetmaster’ Pirlo showed us a thing or two. Next up, let’s see what Andy Murray can do, it’s not like we have waited since 1936. On the brighter side the British Olympic team is almost finalised, with a lot of Athlete’s getting the nod yesterday in Birmingham.
